Please note that the feature described below was introduced to Koongo Connector since its version 6.2.1.0. Thus, we encouradge you to upgrade your connector to the latest version available.
The feature Fixed product tax attribute WEEE was introduced to Magento since version 1.6 and Koongo Connector fully support this feature since its version 6.2.1.0.
To enable WEEE, navigate to System → Configuration → Sales → Tax → Fixed Product Tax:
You can create a new product attribute with the FPT type and then edit the fixed fee tax for each product. For instance, this is a nice tutorial for Magento and WEEE.
What is WEEE?
WEEE is abbrevations for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. What Magento WEEE allows you to do is apply a fixed fee tax on a particular product (FPT or Fixed Product Tax).
