XML file contains only empty attributes

Problem

After Export profile execution you get XML file that contain only empty attribute values. This may happen when upgrading from connector 6.2.1.0 to 6.3.0.0.

Solution

Navigate to Connector Configuration and check the settings called Regular expression for illegal characters removal. In the case of this problem this options is probably empty. Insert default values which is:

  • /[(\x00-\x08\x0B\x0C\x0E-\x1F)]+/

If this option is empty then all exported values are trimmed to zero values.
