Problem

With Mageno patch PATCH_SUPEE-6285_CE_1.9.1.1_v1 installed you may get Access Denied message for non-admin users. The problem was reported for Mageno 1.9.x only.

Solution

1. Install the latest version of the patch called PATCH_SUPEE-6285_CE_1.9.1.1_v2, as it is suggested on Magento official site:
   1. If you have previously applied patch PATCH_SUPEE-6285_CE_1.9.1.1_v1, please revert it and apply PATCH_SUPEE-6285_CE_1.9.1.1_v2.
      
2. Upgrade Koongo Connector to the version 6.5.0.0 or newer.
