Symptoms

Unable to generate an export. Warning: include(XsltProcessor.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in XXX/lib/Varien/Autoload.php on line 93

Solution #1

Please ask your hosting provider or server administrator to allow or install XSLT PHP library.

Koongo Connector can't work without this extension. You can try to run Compatibility test before connector installation.

Solution #2

In some special cases even when you have installed the XSLT library you might get this error. This was happening usually in connector version 6.1.0.0 and older due to wrong encoding of some special non-ASCII characters.

The solution is to upgrade the connector to the version 6.2.0.0 of higher.
