Why notifications?

Since Koongo adds continuosly new feeds and taxonomies and updates the present ones, it is important for you as Koongo user to have up-to-date feed layouts and taxonomies in order to fulfil the latest requirements of Feed authorities which may change during the time.

Koong sends you regulary every month an email with the list of added and updated feeds in Collections associated with your License key:

The notification emails are send only within valid Support & Updates period associated with License key. And few last reminders are send after you Support & Updates period has expired.

How to update?

The feed and taxonomies update process is pretty simple, just follow instructions in Getting Feeds and Taxonomies.

However, this action is conditioned by valid Support & Updates period. For details please see License conditions.
