In category detail, the list of feed-specific taxonomies is empty for selected Store View. However, while while for Default or other Store Views the taxonomies are available.

The solution for this issue is quite easy:
- Navigate to Koongo → Export Profiles.
- Click on the Get Feed and Taxonomies button to download the missing Taxonomy.
- Continue normaly normally with Taxonomies Setup.
